We follow a No Refund and No Return Policy

 We take utmost care to deliver products in their original condition and quality, but sometimes situations may arise where you might seek a return or refund.  Nevertheless, please make a note that we do not agree to refund or accept the return of products unless they are damaged or defective during transit or upon arrival. 

What if you receive a damaged or defective product? 

Under unforeseen and exceptional circumstances things can go awry but do not worry as we have you covered.  Please follow the below-given steps to get your issues resolved as soon as possible.

• Make an unboxing video while opening the parcel with 360-degree coverage to substantiate your plea
• Report the issue if any with the customer service team who will be available online 24/7 within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video
• Please note that as per industry standards, products with a disproportion of up to 5 mm are widely accepted because of surface and floor difference levels. Hence this should not be reported as an issue

Note: Appropriate steps will be taken to replace the defective or damaged product.  However, it is purely subjected to scrutiny and decision of the expert committee of PalleTrendz.
